Consistency: Avoiding injury is key to consistent training, that is why Normalized Training Stress (NTS) is a critical success component.
Polarized Training: Balancing long Zone 2 and intensive short Zone 4 training across the different training stages maximizes strength, speed and endurance for the most effective results in the most efficient time.
Recovery: Muscles are built during recovery, not during workouts. Optimizing your rest is key to successful journeys.
Holistic Approach: We believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body and that we need to take into account other considerations like nutrition, work stress, sleep, a healthy social/family life, mindfulness.
