* Guidelines and Requirements are:
  • Athlete must provide full docter screening and sign off for endurance triathlon
  • Full survey completed with background info and acceptance of responsabilities
  • Minimum 80% workouts executed average on monthly basis per sport swim, bike run
  • Minimum 70% average execution score of workout adherence on monthly basis per sport swim, bike, run
  • Average time commitment 7-10hrs / week
    • from: 60min/ week day + 2 hrs in the weekend
    • up to 6 weeks of 15hrs/ week:  7hrs in the week + 8hrs in the weekend
** In case the original deadline is not met, the guarantee includes up to additional 18 months FREE training, or the finishing of an ironman, whatever happens first.
